About Letty Rosenfeld

I was licensed with Latter & Blum in 1975. I've been a multi-million dollar producer for 28 years,

and I've been honored by The New Orleans Metropolitan Real Estate Association as a Top Ten

Acvheiver of Gross Closed Commissions every year from 1998 through 2006.

I grew up in New Orleans in the Uptown area. I attended Lusher  and Newman Schools and graduated from Newman in 1960. I then graduated from Newcomb College in 1964.

I married Richard in 1962, and had 2 children. My son Randy graduated from LSU and has been

working with the Computer Imaging division of the Defense Department in Washington DC for

13 years. My daughter Beth graduated from Ole Miss and manages an art gallery, Gallery Rinaud,

in the French Quarter. She lives in Algiers Point with her husband, Mickey.

I specialize in Uptown, the Garden District, Old Metairie, the Lakefront, and the Warehouse District.

I love the variety of properties in New Orleans!

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a New Orleans real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the New Orleans areas, please contact me.
